Choosing your warmer

Make sure your wax warmer is at least 10cm tall. If the candle flame is too close, it will overheat the wax and burn your fragrance away.

Using the right tealight

Always use a 4 hour unscented tealight candle. Don't be tempted by 8 hour ones - heating for longer periods can cause potential damage to your burner and overheat your wax.

Don't use too much!

Over-filling will waste your wax - a thick uneven melting layer will hinder the release of fragrance. We recommend using no more than 1 - 2 cubes/scoops at a time.

Replacing the wax

Once your wax has lost its scent, warm your burner for 1 - 2 minutes and the solid wax will slide straight out. If you prefer, you can remove melted wax by adding cotton wool balls to the bowl and letting them soak up the wax. Wipe any remaining residue.

Storing your wax melts

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. When kept in their resealable packaging - our melts can be kept smelling their best for 12 - 18 months.
