How much does delivery cost?

Our flat fee delivery cost is £3.99.

How long does delivery take?

We send our orders via EVRI, they aim to deliver within 2-3 days of dispatch.

How long will my order take to dispatch?

As our products are handmade to order, processing times can vary from 2 - 5 days depending on the size of the order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will always keep you updated via email when orders are being processed and provide an EVRI tracking number once dispatched.

Am I able to collect my order?

Local collection from our home workshop in South Birmingham can be selected at checkout. Please contact us before completing your order to confirm. Should you be unable to collect, postage costs will become payable.

What is your returns policy?

Any products you are not satisfied with can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase in their unused, original condition and packaging for a full refund. Unless an error has been made on your order, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty items?

In the unlikely event you receive an item you believe is faulty, please contact us ASAP with your order details and photos of the items so that we can evaluate the concern and make it right. Please note - we do not consider snapped wax bars to be faulty as this does not affect their usability or scent quality.
